Stonewall units were dispatched at 1856 to box 1112 for a commercial structure fire at the Splashdown Waterpark. A large column of smoke could be seen in the distance as units hit the street. Wagon 511 was the first arriving unit with fire showing from a single story freestanding structure used to house restrooms. While the wagon driver prepared for hoseline operations, the Wagon officer conducted an initial 360 walk-around to identify hazards. The only hazard found was the electric utilities which were shut off.

The Wagon's firefighter pulled the a 1 3/4" cross-lay and masked up to enter the structure. He was met on side "A" by the officer and a primary search was conducted in the women's restroom. High heat and heavy smoke conditions were met and no victims were present. Wagon 511's crew started extinguishing fire on the roof and above the woman's side attempting to save what they could of the structure. Engine 501 arrived on the scene and pulled the second 1 3/4" cross-lay off Wagon 11.

Engine 501 knocked down the bulk of the fire in the men's restroom. Chief 501 arrived and assumed command. Tower 501 and Rescue 508 proceeded to start opening up the structure for ventilation and overhaul. Wagon 525's crew forced entry into a window to assist in ventilation. Crews from Wagon 511 and Engine 501 continued to extinguish hotspots.
