Finally found your awesome /excellent prepared and maintained web site --
Joined SJVFD 14 months after it started in June 1972--Lived on Quail Run-Enjoyed the times with Bob Gregson , Art, Cook, Newcomb, and of course Chief Lucas and so many others--SO many memories- eventually served as Fire Lt. and then Vie-Pres, in my final year before moving out of town in Jan. of 1979. My last return was the 10 year reunion in 1981 and there was guest speaker from Pres. Regan's Secret Service Team wounded who spoke. Picked up glass mugs with company insignia and name printed on them--given to all in attendance-- Reviewing your web page am over blown on how big you have grown and the number and size of equipment. Am proud to have served and been apart of the organization. Would love to know more on how others I knew then are doing . I enjoyed my duty night--Thursdays--amazing --see we did it back then too!!--Stay safe and think first before acting--will continue to monitor your website - Thanks again.

Just looking at you web page and found old W-11, 1976 Hahn picture. Just wanted to let you know that I now own it and parade it. I was a vol. and career firefighter in PW from 1969 to 1980. It is white over red and I have it looking like it did in 1976 except for the color.

I am the step father of the motorist that was pulled from the burning car on new years day. my step son did pass away but because of the courage, dedications and quick action of all involved we were able to have a few more moments with our son and we were truly grateful for them. on behalf of myself,his family, and his friends I would like to say thank you and we feel very blessed, and comforted that there are people such as yourselves watching over our community. thank you again.

I saw one of your trucks in Monroeville pa, at the funeral of one of your own. Sorry for your loss

I came across the site because of the name. I'm an avid Civil War enthusiast and admired Stonewall Jackson as a soldier and as a man. I think it's fantastic that your company is named after such an influential person. He would be honored. And from the comments I read, you are wonderful at your jobs and do your best to protect and serve, just like him. Congratulations and keep up the good work! :)

Hi Everyone! It seems like a lifetime ago that I was there. I never took the time to thank everyone for everything you taught me.

DOD fire school was the hardest and the best thing I have ever done. I don't think I would have made it without Joe's calm vioice in my head moving me from one task to the next.

Remembering all of you from my short time there brings me home while I am away.

We have aquired won of your Tiller Ladder trucks from purchasing it from a private owner in Boston, Ma. We have had a photographer do some backround on it and found out it was originally built & sold to your Fire Dept.
We have remade the fire truck into a Spectacular Entertaintment Fire Truck honoring all of the heroes of our country and a tribute to 911. Please take a look at our truck now on the website. I thought you might like to see it.
